Industry veteran with nearly 3 decades of experience and success across NYC restaurant, hotel,  hospitality industries. Operational aptitude, financial acumen, innate ability to lead FOH & BOH teams.  Forged path with a reverence for steadfast hospitality, commitment to service of others, and pursuit of all things delicious.  Currently leads teams at Altamarea Group as Senior Vice President, oversees all US operations.  Career journey began in New Jersey at Armando’s Ristorante, served and cooked her way into college, attended Simmons, then Culinary Institute of America,  graduated summa cum laude.  Worked at Michelin restaurants Oceana, Gordon Ramsay, Corton and Ai Fiori, 3 star Il Buco Alimentari.   Joined the ranks at Starr Restaurant Group, overseeing Morimoto, Upland, then director of openings for Pastis and Veronika at Fotografiska.  Re-joined Altamarea Group in 2021.
