Hello, I'm Arikka Renee Rin.
My mission and vision for heart-forward leadership and team retention led me to form A-Frame Hospitality. I help bring hospitality concepts to life while building cultures of compassion. Through Compassionate Leadership and Breath Work Training, I work with leaders and teams to create foundations where people and businesses thrive together. I do this because our greatest asset is and always will be our team, our people!
With roots stretching from New York City to San Francisco and Bali, Indonesia, my two decades of hospitality and service experience has provided a wealth of knowledge. I’ve gone from Baker to Sommelier to Michelin Star General Manager and Global Hospitality Leader. My true passion and purpose is in Compassionate Leadership Training and Development as well as opening restaurants and hospitality businesses. Along my journey, I discovered that true hospitality isn't just about service—it's about building meaningful relationships grounded in respect, compassion, and kindness. The relationship starts with the Self, first and foremost, then with our team and the guests we serve.
